RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNITY

Before joining us for a workshop, we ask that you complete the consent form below.

In consideration of the acceptance to participate in a Meghan McGarry workshop, I accept full responsibility for my person, psyche and property while attending and participating in any of the activities and I agree I am attending and participating voluntarily.

1. I for myself, my heirs, executors, successors and assigns, hereby release, waive and forever discharge Meghan McGarry, and any other person in any way associated with any activity at this event and from all claims, demands, and damages, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or in equity in respect of any accident, injury, illness, or loss or damage to my person or property howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly because of or in any way connected with my attendance at and participation in the programs, whether prior to, during, or subsequent to the program and notwithstanding that the same may be contributed or occasioned by my negligence.

2. I understand that this is an educational program only.

3. I understand that Meghan McGarry reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Participants removed for these reasons will not be entitled to a refund, credit or transfer.

4. All registration fees are non-refundable. If I am unable to attend a scheduled lab, I may request a credit toward a future Meghan McGarry lab or workshop, provided notice is given prior to the start of the event. Credits are issued at Meghan McGarry’s sole discretion and may be subject to expiration or other limitations.
